Your privacy

What happens to anything you share with me, in plain terms.

I am Priya Khan, trading as Mindfully Priya, based in South London. I am the data controller for this website. You can reach me at hello@mindfullypriya.com about anything on this page.

What I collect, and why

The Reconnection. The twelve questions are hosted on Tally, and your answers are stored there. I read them myself and write back to you personally. Nobody else sees them. I do not use what you write in my articles, my teaching or my marketing, and I do not add you to a mailing list because you completed it.

Booking a call. The calendar is Cal.com. When you book, it holds your name, email address, time zone and anything you write in the booking form, and it puts the appointment in my calendar. I use it to prepare for our conversation and to send you the link.

Email. If you email me, I keep the correspondence so I can pick up where we left off.

Visits to the site. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not identify you and I cannot use it to see what one particular person read.

How long I keep it

Enquiries and Reconnection responses: two years from our last contact, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Client records: six years after the work ends, which is what UK tax rules require of me.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the site work: Tally for forms, Cal.com for booking, Vercel for hosting, and my own email provider. I do not sell anything to anyone, and I do not share your information for advertising.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will do it, normally within a few days and always within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Coaching is not therapy

Nothing on this site is therapy, counselling or medical treatment. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to your GP. In an emergency, call 999 or the Samaritans on 116 123.
