I know what it's like to hold a great deal together — and still feel like something's quietly missing underneath.
I've spent years working with women who are capable and caring, yet privately running on empty. Women who give so much to everyone around them that they've lost the thread back to themselves.
My work is simple. I create a calm, honest space, and I sit with you while you find your way back.

I'm an ICF-accredited coach, trained through IPEC, one of the world's leading coach-training institutes in Energy Leadership and Transition Dynamics. I'm also a certified mindfulness practitioner through the British Mindfulness Institute.
What that means in practice: I bring together three distinct disciplines so that whatever is underneath the surface, we have the tools to reach it. Not just a conversation, a structured, intelligent, deeply human process.
