It’s time to come home to you. ✨ A soulful coaching experience for women and mums ready to: Reclaim their identity beyond the role of “mum” Release guilt, comparison, and the pressure to be perfect Create balance, calm, and a life that actually feels good Beyond Mum: Becoming Mindfully Me Again™ is a 5-week 1:1 coaching journey created to guide you gently - but powerfully - back to yourself. Using a blend of mindfulness, core energy coaching, and emotional awareness tools, we’ll explore who you are now, what’s holding you back, and what you truly want. This isn’t just about self-care. It’s self-reconnection. Because when you feel grounded in who you are, everything else flows more easily - parenting, relationships, work, and your own sense of joy. What’s included: 5 x 60-minute private coaching sessions via Zoom (1 per week) Weekly reflection prompts & mindfulness practices Support between sessions via WhatsApp voice notes (Mon–Fri) What you’ll walk away with: A clearer sense of who you are (not just what you do) Mindful ways to manage stress, guilt, and emotional overload Tools to shift from “always doing” into calm, connected being Confidence to set boundaries, prioritise yourself, and live with intention A renewed relationship with yourself—and the space to breathe again
