My coaching blends mindful awareness with a powerful energy-based framework that helps people understand how they show up in the world and how that influences everything from their well-being to their relationships, leadership, and sense of purpose.

I specialise in helping individuals navigate transitions, whether it’s a career change, leadership growth, returning to work, identity shifts, or life simply feeling “off.” These moments often surface deeper questions, hidden stressors, or patterns that no longer serve us.
